Key Responsibilities:
- Managing product supply to meet demand and service targets
- Creating and maintaining replenishment or production plans
- Identifying and resolving supply risks, shortages and delays
- Monitoring inbound deliveries to ensure on‑time receipt
- Optimising stock levels to balance availability and cost
- Acting on excess, ageing or slow‑moving inventory
- Liaising with suppliers on orders, schedules and performance
- Maintaining accurate planning data within ERP systems
- Analysing data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align supply activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Stock Control, Materials Planning, Materials Control, or Supply Chain Planning with comprehensive knowledge of stock/inventory management processes
- Proficiency with ERP systems and managing planning data
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to identify and resolve supply chain or stock‑related issues
- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑product or manufacturing environment (desirable)
