Job Overview
Full Stack Web Developer – Telford (Office Based). Permanent. Salary £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward‑thinking organisation. The role supports the ongoing development of internal and customer‑facing systems and offers excellent scope for progression, training and ownership of projects within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining full‑stack web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js and React
- Building and integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party services
- Working with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server or similar
- Creating responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3
- Taking ownership of features from concept through to delivery
- Supporting application security, including authentication and secure handling of user data
- Collaborating with the wider team on development projects and continuous improvements
Skills and Experience
- At least 1.5 years' experience in a similar development role such as Junior Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer or similar
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development practices
- Experience across both frontend and backend development
- Building or contributing to full‑stack applications
- Using version control tools such as Git
- Problem‑solving with a proactive approach to learning and development
