We are partnering with a highly successful and market-leading manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Engineer to join their growing operation. In this role you will maintain all services to the factory, process and fabric of the building and install new services.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily plant checks.
- Planned and reactive maintenance to all factory services and equipment.
- Electrical fault finding and electrical installations.
- Control and monitor legionella throughout the factory.
- Testing fire systems and maintaining factory AHU/AC Systems.
- Pump strip downs and rebuilds.
- Maintain function of all factory sanitary systems.
- Spillage response and waste water treatment.
- Contractor monitoring and control.
Qualifications:
- Had experience in Facilities Maintenance.
- Has strong electrical knowledge and ability.
- Has previous experience in pipe fitting, installs and repairs.
- Has experience installing and repairing plumbing.
- Has Electrical 18th edition certification or Mechanical qualification.
- Has a Full UK Driving license.
