We are seeking an organised and proactive Support Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced office environment. This newly created role will play an important part in supporting day-to-day operations, helping to ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently across the wider team.

Working closely with senior administrative staff, you will provide comprehensive administrative support while helping coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and assist with operational processes. This is a permanent role based in an office environment, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and contribute to a wide range of operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant and where required the wider Commercial Team
  • Monitor email inboxes and respond accordingly
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Log and track information specified by the Executive Assistant
  • Maintain SharePoint and provide access where required
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings
  • Assist with booking accommodation
  • Printing and preparing documents for client meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations
  • Send out forms and requests for information
  • Request and chase information from Contractors
  • Assist in requests for proposals - monitor and track
  • Assist in preparation of appointments
  • Assist in arranging site access for consultants via liaison with sites
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities. They will combine strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Professionalism, discretion, problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting are essential.

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and/or Dropbox
