We are working with a well-established and growing organisation that is part of a larger group, now looking to recruit an experienced QSHE Manager / HSE Manager to take ownership of compliance and management systems across the business. This is a key role focused on ISO 9001 management and integration of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ensuring systems align with group standards while driving continuous improvement and best practice. The position is primarily office-based within a professional environment, with occasional site visits to support audits, investigations and toolbox talks. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on QSHE professional to lead from the front, influence across the business and play a pivotal role in developing a strong quality and safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing, maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Leading the integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
- Coordinating compliance activities in line with group standards and regulatory requirements
- Conducting internal audits, investigations and root cause analysis
- Delivering toolbox talks and supporting HSE initiatives across office and site teams
- Maintaining quality documentation, RAMS, procedures and records
- Driving continuous improvement, risk reduction and compliance culture
Qualifications
- Experience in QSHE / HSE / Compliance Manager level roles
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (essential) and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
- Internal auditing and QMS management (Lead Auditor advantageous)
- Construction, engineering, or service-based environments
- Implementing or integrating management systems across multi-site or group structures
- Influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally
- IOSH essential
- NEBOSH desirable
- ISO Auditor certification advantageous
