Location: Telford
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs, early finish on a Friday
Salary: up to circa £38,000 per annum

We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation in the Telford area who are looking to bring in an experienced QHSE professional to drive and develop both the Quality and the HSE culture across the site. This will be a new role for the business to support them in bringing the HSE activities internally and therefore will be a great opportunity for someone really looking for an opportunity to put their stamp on things.
As the QHSE Coordinator you will be getting involved in:
- Perform in-process and final product inspections
- Ensure quality standards, documentation, and compliance are met
- Conduct audits, raise NCRs, and support root cause analysis
- Maintain quality and HSE documentation (ISO 9001/14001 working towards 45001 standards)
- Drive continuous improvement and support product trials
- Resolve customer complaints and manage supplier quality
- Oversee risk assessments, emergency procedures, and HSE meetings
- Support waste management, and work with external auditors to ensure readiness and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers (incl. international)
Skills and experience you will need:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer / QHSE / SHEQ / QUESH role within the manufacturing sector will be essential
- Knowledge and experience of working with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent level
