Temporary (ongoing) position in Telford, working hours 9am to 5:30pm, with a salary of up to £27,000.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accounts
- Working with an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owed
- Maintaining accurate records of the collection process
- Identifying reasons for late payments and working with customers to resolve them
- Minimising bad debts within the assigned account base
- Collaborating closely with the sales department to resolve issues raised
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport
- Competence in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Good negotiation skills
