We are partnering with a growing, international organisation to recruit an HR Advisor into a newly created role within a supportive and close-knit HR team. This position has been created due to business growth and an increasing HR project pipeline. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to take ownership of advisory-level responsibilities while also getting involved in wider HR initiatives.
You will work closely with the HR Manager, acting as a key partner in delivering a proactive and people-focused HR service across the UK, with exposure to international sites.
- HR Advisory & Employee Relations
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, providing timely, practical and commercially focused advice.
- Partner with managers to coach and guide on employee relations matters, policies and best practice.
- Manage a range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance processes end-to-end.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of departments.
- Manage and maintain the ATS, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- HR Operations & Projects
- Take ownership of probation processes, ensuring reviews are completed and tracked effectively.
- Support key HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation and engagement initiatives.
- Play an active role in HR projects aligned to the wider people strategy.
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Support the development and optimisation of HR systems.
- Produce and analyse HR data (absence, turnover, ER trends) to support decision-making.
- Training & Development
- Deliver training to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Support learning and development initiatives across the business.
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role is required, along with confidence in managing employee relations cases independently. CIPD Level 5 and/or exposure to international HR is preferred.
