The predicted salary is between 13.25 - 13.25 £ per hour.

Accounts Administrator Newport, Shropshire Permanent Monday to Friday (7 hours a day) £13.25 per hour We are working with a well-established, Shropshire based business who are looking for an Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.

Due to the rural location, you will need your own transport.

Duties: Process and scan PODs received daily.

Matching PODs to the appropriate order, update as required and apply appropriate delivery rate as per matrix/purchase orders to confirm order for invoicing on portal.

Raise invoices and distribute as per customer requirements.

Monitor emails/telephone ensuring customers communications are responded to and resolved.

Ensure all customer requests for proof of delivery is responded too within timeframe.

Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure that all requests are actioned within timeframes required.

Liaise with customer queries relating to proof of delivery/invoicing.

Provide cover to other team members within the department as requested by the Finance Manager.

Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

You will need to have the ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
