Prince Personnel are working with a growing, Shrewsbury based business who are looking to expand their finance team. Due to increased workload and business growth, they are looking to add an Accountant to their team on a permanent basis. You will work closely with the Head of Finance. This will be a varied role where you will be doing end-to-end accounting. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Accruals
  • Prepayments
  • VAT
  • Journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier queries

They said it is an office where everyone "mucks in" so needs to be someone who is happy to do that and work in that environment. None of the duties are above anyone, even the Head of Finance chips in with processing invoices etc. They need someone who is strong analytically.
