Prince Personnel are working in partnership with a company who are one of the UKs leading suppliers in their field. They are now looking for an experienced dynamic HR administrator to join their HR team. The client is based in a rural location and access to your own transport is essential. They really like to look after their staff and most of the team have exceptionally long service. The role will be on a temp-to-perm basis, once successful in securing a permanent contract then the benefits will include 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays), profit related annual bonus, access to various employee assistant programmes, save as your earn schemes and free on-site car parking.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Producing and monitoring starter documentation, references and right to work credentials to fulfil the onboarding process
  • Producing and monitoring paperwork for changes to Terms and Conditions of employment
  • Maintaining employee files, and ensuring relevant systems are managed to allow accurate and efficient reporting
  • Assisting with the administration of policies and procedures
  • Liaising with payroll to ensure all relevant information and requests are concluded in a timely and accurate manner
  • Producing and monitoring leaver documentation including exit interviews where required
  • Providing general administrative support to the business
  • Undertaking a range of coordinated administrative tasks to support the People and Culture team, including various project work

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a People / HR function
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
  • Positive, inspiring and proactive can-do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including but not limited to Outlook and Excel
  • CIPD membership (or equivalent or suitable equivalent experience) desirable
