HR Administrator Telford – Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Temporary – with the potential to become permanent £14 – £15 per hour Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate. You’ll support key HR processes including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and managing the HR inbox as the first point of contact for general queries. This is a full‑time, 5‑day‑a‑week role, with three days based in the office (ideally Tuesday to Thursday). Responsibilities and duties may include, but not limited to: * Proven HR administration experience across the employee lifecycle * Confident preparing contracts, offers, onboarding, and offboarding documentation * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail * Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines * Comfortable being the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR inbox * Strong IT skills and confidence with HR systems and MS Office * Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsibly * Proactive approach with strong communication and people skills Skills and Experience The successful candidates will be a capable HR Administrator with strong experience supporting core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing HR queries.
