Supply Chain Coordinator Telford
Package: Up to £33,000 annual salary (depending on experience)25 days annual leave (no working over Christmas) + BHs increasing in service Contributory pension scheme Monday Friday flexible working pattern within typical office hours+ others As a Supply Chain Coordinator, youll be instrumental in supporting procurement activities across both production and non-production areas, including materials, components, and services.
This dynamic role involves direct interaction with suppliers, managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Youll also oversee outsourced processes and orders, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and wider team, youll help maintain efficient and effective procurement workflows.
The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for: Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.
Prepare goods inbound notifications ahead of warehouse arrivals.
Maintain accurate procurement records and support the Buying team with material data.
Update purchase order, shipment, and inventory details.
Coordinate with production and warehousing for smooth operations.
Manage internal stock transfers and optimise multi-location inventory levels.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, materials or supply chain administration-based role.
Experience managing stock transfers and multi-location inventory.
Knowledge of inventory tracking and data entry processes.
