We are working with a small but growing accountancy practice, based in Kingswinford, who are looking for a Bookkeeping Team Leader on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper who enjoys working with a varied client portfolio.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team of 4, you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping requirements of multiple company accounts and oversee the daily running of the team.
You will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients.
Processing purchase and sales invoices.
Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve bookkeeping queries.
Working closely with colleagues across the practice to meet client deadlines.
