Administrative Coordinator Shrewsbury Temporary – Will run until end of September and then reviewed from there Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm £13.50 per hour Our successful client based in Shrewsbury are looking for an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The requirement will be needed until the end of September as it stands, and then they will review workloads and progress from there and could get extended longer. This role be to provide a communication channel to your assigned client, updating them on job status and lead times etc. Duties will involve: * Supporting the Account Manager with the administration and running of allocated accounts * Supporting clients, acting as a point of contact to obtain progress reports and discuss details relating to the works or account * Updating client’s through ‘portals’, E-mails and telephonically regarding the status of assigned works * Monitoring the progress of works and keeping the relevant clients informed * Ensuring all engineer paperwork is completed and filed correctly so that the works can be invoiced with minimal delay * Monitoring agreed SLA’s and KPI’s relevant to each client, ensuring targets are met * Raising work requests on in-house systems, gathering relevant information pertaining to the works to identify the skills sets required for the works to be completed * Raising and requesting uplifts in line with the agreed budgets for works that are required to go beyond client contractual limits * Delivering a high level of customer service, communicating with both internal and external customers * Requesting uplifts from clients where required * General administrative duties as and when required * These are illustrative duties.
