Accounts Assistant β Telford
Location: Telford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon β Fri, 9am β 5:30pm
Salary: Β£25,000 β Β£30,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and expense receipts / claims.
- Sales invoicing.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Processing credit card statements / receipts and balancing.
- Checking entries in the accounting software to ensure invoices are correctly categorised and VAT is entered correctly.
- Putting together and monitoring cashflows.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with the duties listed above.
- Good knowledge of VAT, cashflow and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a big advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with people at all levels.
