Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, the firm is seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys autonomy, values a collegiate environment, and is keen to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful boutique practice. The firm acts for a strong portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and SMEs, offering a broad mix of residential and commercial property work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and development work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and firm growth
- Working closely with partners on high-value transactions
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience across both residential and commercial property
- An existing client following will be advantageous, or the proven ability to generate work
- Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and client management skills
