Based in Harrow and operating successfully for nearly a decade, the firm has built a strong reputation for transparency, innovation, and delivering tailored, high-quality legal solutions.
As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding legal delivery team. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of corporate immigration, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, scale-ups, and multinational organisations. - Advising on a full range of UK corporate immigration matters, delivering commercially focused legal solutions
- Providing strategic workforce planning and immigration advice aligned with client growth
- Managing a diverse caseload including Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, Global Talent, nationality, and private client matters
- Handling sponsor licence applications, compliance audits, risk assessments, and remedial action
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value corporate clients
- Conducting file reviews and ensuring compliance with SRA and Home Office requirements
- Assisting with internal policy development and compliance frameworks
Requirements:
- UK-qualified Solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE in Corporate Immigration
- Strong technical knowledge of Skilled Worker, Global Talent, sponsorship licences, and business visitor routes
- Proven experience in sponsor licence compliance, suspensions, and revocations
- Experience handling both corporate and personal immigration matters
- Advocacy and tribunal experience highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
