Based in Harrow and operating successfully for nearly a decade, the firm has built a strong reputation for transparency, innovation, and delivering tailored, high-quality legal solutions. As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding legal delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior, supervisory role with clear progression toward Senior Associate, Team Lead, or Partner level.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of corporate immigration, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, scale-ups, and multinational organisations. You will play a key role in managing complex matters, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth. The firm embraces cutting-edge legal technology and fosters a collaborative, progressive culture focused on professional development and client excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a full range of UK corporate immigration matters, delivering commercially focused legal solutions
- Providing strategic workforce planning and immigration advice aligned with client growth
- Managing a diverse caseload including Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, Global Talent, nationality, and private client matters
- Handling sponsor licence applications, compliance audits, risk assessments, and remedial action
- Preparing sponsor licence suspension responses and managing revocation challenges
- Representing clients in appeals, administrative reviews, and judicial review proceedings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value corporate clients
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Conducting file reviews and ensuring compliance with SRA and Home Office requirements
- Supporting business development, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership
- Assisting with internal policy development and compliance frameworks
Candidate Profile
- UK-qualified Solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE in Corporate Immigration
- Strong technical knowledge of Skilled Worker, Global Talent, sponsorship licences, and business visitor routes
- Proven experience in sponsor licence compliance, suspensions, and revocations
- Experience handling both corporate and personal immigration matters
- Advocacy and tribunal experience highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative and proactive team player with leadership potential
