Join our new project of the relocation of the highly successful, Michelin guide, Prince Arthur. We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef/Senior Sous to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Basque/Spanish high-end cooking style background preferred yet not essential.
Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the creation of new recipes and dishes
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Support in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
