This is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity for a committed and passionate Attendance Officer to develop their career in a Prince Albert High School and to leave a lasting legacy for the community we serve. They will work within a highly successful Trust and be supported by a dedicated infrastructure. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wishes to appoint an Attendance Officer to join our expanding pastoral team at Prince Albert High School. The successful candidate will enable our students to develop and sustain good habits, working alongside a diverse faculty under the guidance of the Director of Safeguarding and Trust Pastoral Leaders. As a member of the school and Trust Pastoral team, this role is an excellent opportunity to develop personal knowledge while gaining key experiences and working directly with students and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pastoral provision and early help to pupils and families.
  • Assist with whole‑school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
  • Maintain professionalism, politeness, and a high standard of literacy and communication skills.
  • Be self‑motivated and compassionate in providing support to students.

Qualifications:

  • Professional, polite, and good in literacy and communication.
  • Experience or interest in safeguarding, behaviour and attendance.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
