We are seeking an Assistant Building Site Supervisor (Caretaker) at Prince Albert High School to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism
  • Be committed to ensuring the safety and security of staff, pupils, and visitors
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee site cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-presented
  • Support with health and safety compliance and emergency procedures
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers when needed
  • Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community

Qualifications

  • Experience of using power tools
  • Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques
  • Able to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Site Manager
  • Flexible to working shift patterns when required
  • Basic IT skills
