Overview

The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Pastoral Leader to join our Pastoral Team at Highfield Primary School. PACT are a driving force for social justice committed to removing the glass ceilings that can restrict the ambition and potential of our pupils. We do this by working towards an exceptional education for all that will be made possible by exceptional people working within an organization with exceptional infrastructure.

The successful candidate:

  • Will be self-motivated, compassionate, and have strong leadership skills.
  • Will be responsible for overseeing pastoral provision and early help to pupils and families.
  • Will be the lead for whole school behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.
  • Must be professional and polite with a good standard of literacy and communication skills.
