The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a proactive and dedicated Building Services Site Manager to join our team and support the maintenance and safety of our school environments. Initially based at Highfield Junior and Infant School, this is a key role in ensuring our buildings and grounds are clean, secure, and well‑maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.
In addition to site management duties, the successful candidate will be expected to supervise and monitor Assistant Building Site Supervisors where appropriate. The ability to lead by example and support team development is essential to maintaining high standards across all Trust sites.
PACT is a multi‑academy trust serving a diverse community across our family of schools, which includes Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, and Highfield Junior and Infant School.
