Primus are working with a Snowflake focused Data Consultancy delivering end to end projects from ingestion and transformation to analytics and light ML/automation. We are looking for people who are curious, and focus on delivery ownership first; Snowflake skills can be learned.

You will work directly with customers, use AI to accelerate build, review, and ship real business value through modern data solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build data pipelines using Snowflake native features and partner tools (e.g. Fivetran, dbt, SQL).
  • Model data for analytics and build dashboards in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or Sigma.
  • Propose pragmatic data/AI solutions to real problems (e.g. forecasting, ticket triage automation, agentic/ops workflows).
  • Use AI coding assistants to draft code/tests, and participate in peer reviews to evolve our AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Work in small, agile squads, communicate clearly with stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–5 years’ experience in data or adjacent engineering roles (SQL developer, BI developer, data/AI engineer, etc.)
  • Strong SQL fundamentals and comfort with cloud data tooling.
  • High emotional intelligence: you listen, simplify complexity, and build trust.
  • A bias to ship: structured thinking, pragmatic decisions, and ownership of outcomes.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to master Snowflake.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or BI tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)
  • Experience using Python for data work.
  • Certifications (e.g. SnowPro) or self-driven learning evidence.
  • Experience building chatbots, RAG/agentic flows, or automation.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.

This company is passionate about upskilling, mentoring and working together collaboratively and is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is ready to go on that journey.
