Opportunity
You will lead on securing new logo clients and generating net-new revenue across data consulting, data engineering, and data platform modernization services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record selling modern data consultancy offerings—particularly Databricks‑led engagements and cloud‑native data solutions. You’ll have significant autonomy and trust, playing a key part in developing the sales engine as the consultancy scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new logo business across enterprise and mid‑market organisations.

- Promote and sell Databricks consultancy services and broader cloud data solutions.
- Partner with founders, consultants, and technical leaders to shape compelling proposals and win themes.
- Conduct effective client discovery to understand business outcomes, challenges, and buying cycles.
- Represent the consultancy at client meetings, industry events, and on‑site engagements across the UK.
- Maintain high‑quality forecasting, CRM management, and structured reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships and market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of new business development experience within data consultancy, cloud consulting, or technology professional services.
- Proven track record of securing new logos and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling Databricks consultancy services—or similar modern data platform/cloud analytics solutions is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Data & Analytics ecosystem (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS/GCP, data engineering, ML/AI).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a small, scaling consultancy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable selling to senior leaders and technical teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- UK‑based with the ability to travel between Manchester, London, and client sites.

- Opportunity to be a founding member of the GTM team.
- Close collaboration with the founders and direct influence over strategy.
- Hybrid working, open to Manchester or London bases.
