  • Work in small, agile squads, communicate clearly with stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • 1–5 years’ experience in data or adjacent engineering roles (SQL developer, BI developer, data/AI engineer, etc.)
  • Strong SQL fundamentals and comfort with cloud data tooling.
  • High emotional intelligence: you listen, simplify complexity, and build trust.
  • A bias to ship: structured thinking, pragmatic decisions, and ownership of outcomes.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to master Snowflake.
  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or BI tools (Power BI, Thought Spot, Sigma)
  • Experience using Python for data work.
  • Certifications (e. g. Snow Pro) or self-driven learning evidence.
