About the Role

Primus Sports Partners is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to lead and grow our Golf Division, helping talented UK golfers secure scholarships and compete at universities across the United States. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an emerging department within a rapidly growing sports agency. As Partnership Manager UK – Golf, you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships across the golf industry, supporting aspiring student-athletes, and building the Primus Golf brand from the ground up. You will work closely with golfers, families, coaches, golf academies, clubs, and university programmes to guide athletes through the U.S. college recruitment process and help them maximise both their academic and athletic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with golf academies, clubs, coaches, and educational institutions throughout the UK.
  • Advise aspiring student-athletes and their families on the U.S. college golf recruitment and scholarship process.
  • Identify suitable university opportunities based on each athlete’s academic, athletic, and personal goals.
  • Support athletes throughout the admissions, eligibility, recruitment, and placement process.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the golf industry.
  • Represent Primus Sports Partners at tournaments, showcases, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Deliver exceptional client support and relationship management.
  • Lead the development and growth of the Primus Golf Division.
  • Recruit, mentor, and help build a high-performing golf team as the division expands.

Qualifications

Essential

  • First-hand experience as a student-athlete on a golf scholarship in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. college golf and scholarship system.
  • Knowledge of the UK junior and amateur golf landscape.
  • Passion for helping young athletes achieve their academic and sporting goals.

Desirable

  • Sales or business development experience.
  • Existing relationships within the UK golf community.
