We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an underwriting transformation programme focused on modernizing underwriting capabilities and replacing a Policy Administration System (PAS).
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Direct London Market Insurance experience
- Solution Architecture for Insurance Transformation Programmes
- London Market Policy Administration System (PAS) Implementation, Replacement or Migration
- Strong Understanding of Underwriting Processes & Operating Models
- Security, Identity & Access Management
- Architecture Governance & Technical Design Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture and target-state technology designs
- Develop transition architectures and PAS migration strategies
- Support PAS replacement strategy, vendor assessments and technology selection
- Facilitate architecture workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Review vendor and system integrator designs against architecture standards
- Support underwriting capability mapping and transformation roadmaps
- Produce architecture diagrams, design documents and architecture decision records
