We’re looking for a detail-oriented Change Management professional to join our team and drive effective governance of technology changes within an ITIL-based environment. Note: SC Cleared OR Eligible for SC Clearance candidates needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end Change Management processes
  • Review, assess, communicate, and close technical changes within SLA timelines
  • Ensure changes are risk assessed, prioritised, and approved appropriately
  • Identify and manage risks/issues to minimise service impact
  • Communicate planned changes to stakeholders and customers
  • Drive continual process improvement and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, Operational Leads, Project Managers, Customers, and Suppliers

Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of ITIL Change Management principles
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred
  • Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
