We are hiring an experienced Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud) to manage end-to-end payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations.
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws).
- Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors.
- Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI.
- Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Hands-on expertise in payroll configurations, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
- Experience in implementations, upgrades, and support.
