We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to provide strategic and technical guidance on Event Management and Order Management modules within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC). The ideal candidate will be technically strong, hands-on, and experienced in pharmaceutical business processes, supporting both advisory and implementation needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform (configuration and development)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC)
- Deep knowledge of Event Management and Order Management modules
- Proven experience in Pharma / Life Sciences business processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, flows, and automation
- Ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on support
- Trailhead profile must be shared as part of evaluation
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer, Architect, or LSC-related)
- Experience with integrations and complex enterprise Salesforce landscapes
- Prior experience in advisory or solution architect roles
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and architectural guidance on Salesforce LSC Event and Order Management modules
- Lead and support hands-on configuration and development activities on SFDC
- Align Salesforce LSC capabilities with Pharma business processes such as events, ordering, compliance, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Review solution designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure best practices
- Support integrations, data models, and reporting related to Events and Orders
- Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce adoption, optimization, and governance
