We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Automation Specialist (Mobile App) to join a leading client in London.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Mobile Application Testing
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android applications
- Experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with Appium (Java)
- Strong knowledge of BDD, Gherkin, and test automation frameworks
- Experience with Postman, REST Assured, and API Testing
- Experience using Charles Proxy, Android Studio, and Xcode
- Cross-device and cross-platform testing using BrowserStack
- Experience with AWS S3 and CloudWatch
- Knowledge of Accessibility Testing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UI/UX Testing, and Exploratory Testing for iOS and Android applications.
- Develop and maintain BDD test cases using Gherkin (Given-When-Then).
- Validate APIs and backend integrations using Postman and REST Assured.
- Build and maintain Automation Testing scripts using Appium with Java.
- Perform cross-platform and cross-device testing using BrowserStack.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
- Develop test stubs and simulate different testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and quality standards.
