We are hiring an experienced Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud) to manage end-to-end payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations.
  • Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws).
  • Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and auditors.
  • Generate payroll reports using BI Publisher / OTBI.
  • Resolve payroll issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud).
  • Hands-on expertise in payroll configurations, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
  • Experience in implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
