We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Principal Data Engineer with strong expertise in data pipeline architecture, orchestration, and production readiness. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building and testing data pipelines, along with exposure to CRM decisioning and customer data activation.
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end pipeline architecture, orchestration, and production readiness.
- Design, build, develop, and test scalable data pipelines.
- Work closely with client teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data engineering solutions.
- Manage pipeline workflows, dependencies, data quality, and production deployments.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and strict adherence to project timelines.
- Support CRM decisioning, customer eligibility, consent management, and customer activation.
- Develop and optimise data pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks.
- Contribute to dimensional modelling and data-product modelling.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience owning BNA pipeline architecture, orchestration, and production readiness.
- Hands‑on experience in building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Strong data engineering knowledge and experience working with client teams.
- Understanding of CRM decisioning, customer eligibility, consent, and activation processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced SQL and Python/Spark data engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks.
- Dimensional modelling and data-product modelling.
