WAN/LAN, Network Data and Security knowledge. Knowledge of configuring routers, switches, wireless controllers and firewalls. Prior experience of NoC/Incident Handling and supporting Network technologies such as routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
Experience working with alerting and monitoring tools such as CISCO DNA-C, Prime, Nagios, Solarwind, NetScout Pulse, Live action NX etc. Experience with tools such as Infoblox (DNS/DHCP and IPAM). Experience with Global-Protect VPN. Experience working with any ITSM tool such as Service Now.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Document and control Design as well as process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network services. Collaboration with other teams across Linux, Windows, and DB teams.
