We’re partnering with a leading Data & AI consultancy to hire a Delivery Lead to support one of their most strategic enterprise programmes. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact role working alongside senior Data Leaders and Architects, helping to drive governance, delivery excellence, and client outcomes across a major transformation programme.

You’ll play a key role within a central Data Architecture Office function, helping to bring structure, visibility, and control across multiple data initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their growth in delivery, programme governance, and consulting.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll operate at the heart of delivery, ensuring projects are well managed, well governed, and delivering value.
  • Programme & delivery governance
    • Support oversight of multiple workstreams across a large scale data programme
    • Drive governance, reporting cadence, and delivery standards
    • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure they’re proactively managed
    • Facilitate internal delivery meetings and stakeholder alignment
  • Project & resource coordination
    • Manage project setup, tracking, and close down processes
    • Support resource planning and utilisation across programmes
    • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of project resources
    • Ensure accurate tracking of assignments, budgets, and timelines
  • Reporting & insights
    • Produce clear, structured reporting for stakeholders
    • Track performance against KPIs, risks, and delivery milestones
    • Support audit processes and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Help standardise reporting templates and delivery frameworks
  • Commercial & Operational Support
    • Assist with invoicing, cost tracking, and financial reporting
    • Ensure timesheets, expenses, and project data are accurate and up to date
    • Support monthly reporting cycles and account performance tracking

What we are looking for:

  • Must Have
    • Experience in PMO, or delivery/project environment
    • Prior experience within a Tech Consultancy environment
    • General understanding of the Data Space (Ideally delivered Data, AI OR analytics Projects)
    • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
    • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or project management platforms
    • Certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
