The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Partner Development Manager to lead and grow its strategic partnership with Databricks.

This is a high impact, commercially focused role where you'll become the key point of contact within the Databricks ecosystem, building trusted relationships, creating new opportunities and driving demand through one of the world's leading data and AI platforms.

Working closely with sales, alliances and technical teams, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the partnership and positioning the business as a go-to delivery partner across the UK, with the opportunity to support wider European growth.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for the Databricks partnership.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Account Executives, Industry Leads, Partner Managers and key stakeholders across Databricks.
  • Increase brand awareness and visibility within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Drive pipeline generation and identify new consulting and implementation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, events and partner campaigns.
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales and solution architecture teams to support customer engagements.
  • Align the organisation's capabilities with Databricks' strategic priorities.
  • Support partner funding initiatives, co-sell opportunities and strategic programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Europe to maximise partnership success.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll have

  • Previous experience managing strategic technology partnerships, ideally within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • An existing network of contacts across Databricks.
  • Experience working for a consultancy, systems integrator or technology partner.
  • A proven track record of generating business through alliance and partner relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience organising partner events, executive engagements and go-to-market activities.
  • What's on Offer
  • £90,000–£120,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Performance bonus – Up to 15%
  • Hybrid working with regular time spent in London
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
