The business is looking for a senior sales leader with deep experience selling Databricks‑centric data and AI solutions into complex enterprises. This role is not about transactional licences — it’s about shaping multi‑year transformation journeys, positioning Databricks at the core, and partnering with clients to unlock real business value from their data.
You’ll operate at board and C‑suite level, working closely with consulting and engineering leaders to design and close end‑to‑end Databricks, analytics, and AI programmes. Sector focus includes Financial Services, Insurance, and Energy, with enterprise‑scale deals at the heart of the role.
- Driving net‑new enterprise sales centred on Databricks‑led data and AI transformation
- Owning full enterprise sales cycles, from early value‑led conversations through to contract signature
