The Production Supervisor will be part of a company leader in the consumer foods sector, specializing in pioneering innovation within the chilled category. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless production processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar position within production. Key Responsibilities Ensure production processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Complete all required documentation accurately for regulatory compliance. Promote and enforce occupational health and safety best practices among the production team. Communicating expectations to production team and monitor their performance. Implement emergency response procedures when necessary. Conduct regular machinery and checkpoint inspections to maintain safety and efficiency. Prepare production reports and provide management with key updates.
