Toddler/Twos Teacher | Nurturer of Foundations. Guardian of Trust.

Age Group: 16 Months – 36 Months

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

The Role -- As Toddler/Twos Teacher, you will lead a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment. You will:

• Follow individualized emotional needs with precision




• Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive teacher-child interaction




• Observe and document developmental milestones




• Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day




• Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards




• Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement




• Lead your classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence

• Experienced in Toddler/Twos development (4+ years strongly preferred)

Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.
