Permanent Contract – Full Time / 37.5 Hours
Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre is looking for a self-motivated and professional Finance Manager with the appropriate skills and experience to lead the hospice’s finance team. They will need commitment to our cause and the ability to ensure high quality and effective finance functions operate throughout the hospice. This is an integral post within our support staff team and we are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference to our community.
Based in Bromsgrove and serving North-East Worcestershire, Primrose Hospice provides compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and support for families affected by bereavement. The successful candidate will be reliable, highly organised, provide attention to detail and have excellent accounting/accountancy skills. Due to the nature of the work, the role requires flexibility and the successful candidate will work predominantly based at the hospice. However, an element of hybrid working would be available for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:
- a recognised professional financial/accountancy qualification
- minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- extensive experience of utilising financial management software e.g. Sage
- a flexible and can-do approach to duties and supporting others
