WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):
- Lead Construction Excellence
- Champion safe, high-quality, and efficient construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, General Foremen, and field teams.
- Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.
- Train & Mentor Field Teams
- Work side-by-side with site leadership to ensure consistent execution and professional development.
- Support pre-construction planning for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to design specs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Estimating, Business Development, and Site Managers to align on strategy and execution.
- Provide feedback loops to improve methods and drive continuous improvement.
- Support site staffing, licensing, and public engagement as needed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- 10+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with a focus on electrical systems
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents
- Solid grasp of job costing and project planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (75%) and work on-site weekly
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

PAY EQUITY:
$160,000–$230,000. Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
