WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):

  • Lead Construction Excellence
    • Champion safe, high-quality, and efficient construction methods across all phases—engineering, planning, startup, execution, and closeout.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for Superintendents, General Foremen, and field teams.
    • Develop and refine standardized work plans and best practices for solar EPC delivery.
  • Train & Mentor Field Teams
    • Work side-by-side with site leadership to ensure consistent execution and professional development.
    • Support pre-construction planning for labor, equipment, and materials.
    • Ensure adherence to design specs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    • Partner with Estimating, Business Development, and Site Managers to align on strategy and execution.
    • Provide feedback loops to improve methods and drive continuous improvement.
    • Support site staffing, licensing, and public engagement as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 10+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with a focus on electrical systems
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills across diverse field teams
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents
  • Solid grasp of job costing and project planning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75%) and work on-site weekly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

PAY EQUITY:

$160,000–$230,000. Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
