We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP PMO / Project Manager to lead a high-priority SAP programme for a new subsidiary being established for the Australian market. This role requires a strong delivery-focused leader who can drive momentum, manage stakeholders, and coordinate multiple workstreams to a tight go-live deadline in June, followed by a month of hypercare. This is not a purely SAP technical role - we are looking for a confident, hands-on Project Manager with proven leadership experience who can take ownership of the programme and steer the SAP project team effectively.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP project delivery for a new subsidiary setup
- Drive the SAP project team, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external third-party vendors
- Oversee planning, governance, reporting, and RAID management
- Support infrastructure and office setup activities (e.g. networking, onboarding readiness)
- Ensure readiness for go-live and manage the hypercare phase post-implementation
- Engage closely with Sales & Marketing stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a SAP Project Manager / PMO delivering complex SAP programmes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and systems integrators
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, office setup, onboarding environments)
- Highly proactive, organised, and delivery-driven
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
