Backend & Integrations Engineer – London – Hybrid – Permanent
Exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK\’s fastest growing scale‑ups as a Backend & Integrations Engineer across their SaaS apps. A hands‑on FastAPI & Python focused role for someone who is ready for the fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
What you’ll do
- Own backend features and API integrations (Python, FastAPI, gRPC, SQL).
- Adapt and extend auto‑generated pipelines and front‑end outputs.
- Build connectors for APIs, files, and external systems.
- Integrate LLM‑based capabilities with robust evaluation and monitoring.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python backend/API experience; SQL and data modeling skills.
- Proven integrations experience.
- Workflow orchestration know‑how.
- Comfortable working with generated code and improving automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
