I’m currently partnering with a growing, tech-led organisation that’s looking to bring in a People Partner to play a key role in shaping their people strategy and supporting an evolving, fast-paced business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving meaningful people initiatives that genuinely impact performance and culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, really understanding their goals and challenges
- Coaching and guiding managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Using data and insights to spot trends and shape people's decisions
- Leading on key initiatives from organisational change to integrations and restructures
- Taking ownership of complex ER matters and supporting the wider People team
- Driving engagement, culture, and high-performance through thoughtful people strategies
What they’re looking for:
- Solid experience in a People Partner / HRBP role (ideally in tech)
- Strong grounding in employment law with a commercial mindset
- Confidence to challenge and influence at a senior level
- Someone who leads with people-first thinking but understands business impact
- Experience with change, transformation, or scaling environments is a big plus
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
