We are partnered with a well-funded, early-stage fintech building critical infrastructure for the digital assets industry. They are looking to make their first full-stack engineering hires to join their London team. This is a ground-floor role at a company with serious momentum - you'll be working directly with the CTO and shaping the product from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining backend services that power reserve monitoring and compliance reporting - primarily in Python/FastAPI
- Designing and integrating connections to financial data providers and banking APIs
- Developing frontend dashboards in React that make complex financial data clear and actionable for clients
- Contributing to architectural decisions as one of the first engineers on the London team
- Helping establish engineering practices and standards from the ground up
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Python experience, ideally in data-intensive or financial applications
