Own and evolve the Salesforce support function in a high-impact, product-led environment, going beyond tickets to drive proactive improvements, influence deployment practices, and leverage AI across day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into well-defined Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyse complex processes and break them down into scalable, feature-based designs.
  • Design and support end-to-end solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Contribute to data modelling, security design, automation (Flow), and user experience.
  • Build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and showcase platform capabilities.
  • Champion best practices, including AI-assisted development and code review standards.
  • Collaborate with admins and developers to deliver high-quality, well-architected solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling.

  • 6+ years’ experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Admin, or Development role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation.

  • Experience working with AI coding tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
