The Role: We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer who goes well beyond clicks and configuration. You will be embedded in a small Enterprise Systems team, developing across Sales, Service and Community Cloud - writing Apex, building Lightning components, designing flows, and owning work from first requirement to live release.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain robust Salesforce features - Apex, triggers, flows, Lightning pages and custom objects.
  • Take ownership across the full delivery cycle, from scoping and design through to testing and deployment.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand problems and ship solutions that actually land.
  • Use AI development tools intelligently - speeding up the work without skipping the critical thinking.
  • Keep quality high across every stage, with an eye on real-world, user-facing behaviour.
  • Contribute to planning, estimates and release activities as a trusted member of a small, high-ownership team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Solid Salesforce development experience (3 - 5 years), with strong Apex and Lightning skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs - REST, SOAP, Bulk and Metadata.
  • Comfort with modern tooling: SFDX, Git, Salesforce CLI and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with or curiosity about AI-assisted development tools.
  • A Salesforce Developer certification is a plus, as is Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Someone who works well independently, communicates clearly, and takes pride in what they ship.
