Role: Early-Stage SDR / Business Development Representative
Client: AI-powered marketing measurement startup
Model: South Bank, London, hybrid (3 days a week, 4 while onboarding)
Role Overview:
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing London startup in the unified marketing measurement space. Its AI platform connects every ad channel into one view, removes double-counted conversions, and shows brands which ads actually drive sales. Its predictive AI then tells marketers where to move budget to hit their targets. The company already works with clients across the UK, US, UAE and the Nordics, including a global trading platform, and is heading into its seed round. Sales so far have been founder-led. They’re now hiring their first SDR to build a predictable outbound engine alongside the CEO, with a defined move into an AE role by the end of Q1 2027.
What You’ll Do:
- Own outbound prospecting into Heads of Performance, Growth, Paid Media and Digital Marketing
- Run multi-touch sequences across calls, email and LinkedIn, starting in the UK and expanding to the US, UAE and the Nordics
- Run first-call discovery and hand over clean, well-qualified opportunities
- Help shape the ICP, messaging, tech stack and outbound playbook from scratch
- Keep CRM discipline strong and track conversion metrics
- Help hire and shape the next BDRs as the team grows
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–12+ months of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS, ideally in adtech, martech or marketing measurement
- Experience prospecting into marketing leaders, ideally performance or growth teams at mid-market companies
- A track record of booking quality meetings and hitting targets
- Someone who has felt the buzz of an early-stage company, or wants to, and is comfortable with no rigid playbook
- Ambition to move into closing deals, with the drive to earn it
What’s On Offer:
- A defined route to AE by the end of Q1 2027, with the AE package stepping up in comp
- 1:1 mentorship from the CEO, a former global top performer at a leading martech company
- Real ownership of outbound from day one, building the playbook rather than inheriting one
